Here is a super example of an aqua “DR STEPHEN JEWETT’S – CELEBRATED HEALTH / RESTORING BITTERS – RINDGE. N.H.“, presumably from the Keene Glass factory, 1830-40s. This one is just whittled to death (as the expression goes) and has strong embossing, perfect lip, and an open pontil base. Just fantastic… tough to improve upon! Maybe one of the earliest “BITTERS” marked bottles.
