ON HOLD – You can look long and hard for a great example of this flask, or look no further! Coventry CT, 1830s. Here is a fantastic example of the GV-8 flask with a spread Eagle surrounded by stars on one side, and a Horse & Cart (Railroad) on the other side. Impression and condition are everything on this flask, and this one has both. The impression VERY BOLD, and lacking any real wear. Color is a nice lighter shade of olive amber. pontil base, sheared lip. A pristine classic New England flask with one of my favorite eagles of all time… good enough to use on my logo!
