Plum Puce colored GI-38 flask!

Categories: ,

Here is a wonderfully colored pint size historical flask with busts of George Washington and Zachary Taylor, made in the Philadelphia area, 1840-50s. This flask is a DEEP plum or raspberry PUCE color, but passes light nicely!! It is embossed¬†“THE FATHER OF HIS COUNTRY” / CLASSICAL BUST OF WASHINGTON – “DYOTTVILLE GLASS WORKS PHILAD.A / GEN. TAYLOR NEVER SURRENDERS” / BUST OF TAYLOR. This flask also features an APPLIED LIP, and a pontil base. It has so much going for it! Condition is near mint with a very few light scratches. WONDERFUL BOTTLE!
