Pitkin Flask, ribbed and swirled to the left, 32 ribs, probably Midlantic or Midwestern, 1800-1830. Bright green color, sheared mouth and pontil base, 6 3/4″ tall. This one has a strong impression and good color, also a nice array of bubbles throughout! The second gather of glass is quite pronounced around the shoulder, and the neck is unusually long. A spot or two of haze, but in fine condition.
